My wife and I own a timber frame house and with a growing family wanted to extend over the garage. We sought a number of quotes and it was clear from Lee’s response that it was well thought out, giving us confidence that it was a genuine estimate of cost and time. Tim is very professional and hard working and was always happy to discuss any aspect of the build to ensure we were happy with the finished job. Disruption and mess were kept to an absolute minimum and our little girl had a great time helping out with numerous jobs including plastering! With both of us working Tim and Dave were often left in the house on their own, but we had absolute confidence that it and our dogs were in safe hands.

We wanted a single storey rear and side extension along with a large patio.

Lees Building Contractors were personally recommended to us, and from the initial meeting to view the plans, I had absolutely no doubt, these were the builders that I wanted. They were polite and professional right from the onset. Their work was consistently at a very high standard and everything was cleaned and washed down each day. As the work progressed, I was allowed to make changes without any problems. During the patio work, we proceeded to have some steps constructed along with low garden walls. Tim was very creative with this, making the walls curved which finished the patio beautifully. We would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them, they were a pleasure to have working on your house, if fact we were sorry to see them leave.

However they will be returning to lay a blocked driveway for us.
